Plain-language data handling for public inquiries.

When you submit an inquiry, Flashforce collects the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, inquiry category, message, and—on the pilot application—high-level information about your business, recurring work, tools, approval boundaries, and optional contact preferences.

The site may also keep limited campaign attribution such as UTM values and a referral label. When configured, it creates a one-way hash from an IP address for abuse controls; the raw IP address is not stored in the inquiry record.

We use inquiry information to respond, route the conversation, evaluate pilot or investor fit, understand which public paths are useful, protect the form from abuse, and keep an operational record so a failed notification does not lose your request.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Durable inquiry records are designed for a separate marketing Postgres database. When notifications are enabled, Resend may process the private operational email. Optional Google analytics and advertising tags receive only allowlisted, non-PII event metadata; Flashforce does not intentionally send names, email addresses, organizations, phone numbers, or free-text messages to analytics.

Flashforce retains unqualified inquiries for 180 days, retains active conversations while the relationship remains active, and allows earlier manual deletion.

Flashforce uses bounded collection, server-side validation, durable-storage guards, restricted logs, and transport and browser security controls. No internet system can promise absolute security. This notice may change as the launch posture or providers change; the page will describe the current public-site practice rather than a future aspiration.
