Scope
These terms cover use of the FLASHFORCE INC public website and its inquiry forms. They do not govern a paid pilot, an AI employee, access to an employer account, or use of a customer system. Those activities require separate terms and approvals.
Website and applications
Submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not purchase or hire an AI employee, create a pilot agreement, connect an account, grant operating authority, or guarantee a response or result.
Any employer service or paid pilot needs a separate agreement and the product's own review and approval steps. Website examples and development plans are not customer outcomes or a promise that a feature is available.
Use of the site
Use the site lawfully and submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not disrupt the site, bypass security controls, impersonate another person, or submit credentials, payment data, private customer records, or harmful content through the public forms. We may restrict access that threatens the site or other people.
Information you submit
You remain responsible for the information you submit and confirm that you have authority to provide it. You allow FlashForce and its service providers to store, review, route, and use that information to respond to your request and operate the website, as described in the Privacy Policy. A public form is not a channel for confidential records or a promise of confidentiality before a separate agreement.
Communications and privacy
We may respond to a request using the contact method you provide. Operational SMS through the application requires a separate optional choice; entering a number alone is not SMS consent. The SMS Terms describe that program, and the Privacy Policy describes data handling.
Site content and availability
FlashForce and its licensors retain their rights in the site's branding, copy, graphics, and software. Ordinary browsing does not transfer ownership. The site may link to third-party services that FlashForce does not control. We may change or discontinue website features, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular response time, or a business outcome from a public inquiry.
Changes and questions
